Notes & Comments

Went for a run on holiday in different direction. Into the fields. No gates, no fences, nice wide tracks at the edge or through the middle. Ideal running countryside. Beautiful day. Hot now - 25C? Went into village of Nucourt, found Equestrian centre, came back via field and then later S and I went for walk back to that village. Lovely to walk with her. Found a shop doing ice creams! Yum! Not much running on this holiday but lots of walking and steps! Bits of swim and tennis too. Don't know why I've felt I can just ditch the longer runs! Might call off any autumn marathon ambitions! :-) G
