3 min run 30s walk - Jeff's 30:30 makes me run "faster", so mixing the two ratios for now
are you doing St Neots and if so what's your plan
no, I've bottled St Neots partly as daughter is thinking of coming home for her brother's birthday and partly due to an attack of the CBAs - however I might change my mind last minute and if so it'll be some form of run walk
lol! I had a look at last year's results and will be in the last 20 . . . I will be run/walking/swearing
