Neil McCover Memorial Half Marathon. Official time 1.31.25. Amazed with time which is a big PB!! Did not expect to run so fast on a fairly hilly route. Felt good once I got going around midway and then continued to pass runners for the remainder of the race. Found it tougher after the long hill coming out of Torrance which tired the legs, but managed to hold it together for a fast finish, passing 3 runners in the last half mile. Got prize for 4th overall, but on seeing provisional result, actually 6th overall but first V40.
