ndellar First time at Walsall, closest ParkRun to me. I''ve only ever seen the horrible bits of Walsall, this was a lovely 3 lapper, birds tweeting, sheep bah-ing. Very deep sports massage yesterday legs feel dead, just took it how I felt, and ended up with a controlled splits - 7.55, 8.00, 7.58 and some 7.00mm at the end. Pleased with that.
