A trail Half Marathon along the Saltmarsh Coast Trail along the River Crouch from South Woodham Ferrers to Burnham-on-Crouch and the beautiful Riverside Park. The route is almost entirely off road and open to runners and walkers alike.

FRU (KeepTheFaith) Thank you to the event organisers. These trail events are just awesome the effort made to create a meaty train challenge with easy signage, great water stations and good marshalling for a small team is commendable. My first half in a very long time and not my best but the team made me feel very much part of the day and the welcome at the end with a brilliant medal and goody bag was well worth tuffing out the last miles which I found very hard after cramp set it around 8miles. Loved this race and will be back Goyt Valley Striders 2:01:31 3:40:00 3:40:00 35.25
