oi you The start and finish have been changed again this year, making the run about 0.2 miles longer. It got a bit chaotic with traffic congestion, blocked pavement etc on the run from the Green back towards the Finish. I'd guess at about 3 to 4 minutes spent queueing at gates and stiles - serves me right for hanging back at the start. Folkestone Running Club 28:39 51.55
