bedlam_g My first cross country probably shouldn't have run it due to ongoing injury saga, but resting isn't helping and running doesn’t seem to make it worse. Pleased with my performance considering it was only my 2nd run in three weeks. Really nice course brilliantly organised by Bella Road Runners. ClaireT Had this race not been a team event, I wouldn't have raced today as woke up still feeling under par. So took it a lot easier than usual over this lovely wee course, around 3400m. The finish took me by surprise, could have went a bit faster! Must learn to read the course map in future.....Our team was 2nd ladies.
