TROSaracen Did race 1 and it's a flat, fast, wide 2 lapper ideal for a PB attempt. Race 1 was 4 days after a 10k PB, so I was shot - but race 2 offers a great shout to get under 33:15 and get a PB. Update: Fantastic race and a big PB by nearly 2 mins. Splits 6:04, 6:07, 6:12, 6:18, 6:18, 6:14 (for that extra 0.1 miles Garmin always finds.....). Really pleased with the run. Warm day but a cooling sea breeze made it quite chilly pre and post race. After a sub 40 10k now! Unaffiliated 31:22 31:22 33:14 31:22 70.58
