Gasheader First race in Harrogate Mid -week league, hope to get off to a good start. may struggle racing so late 19:45 and weather looks like it could be a warm one. No nothing of this coarse so PB unlikely. Went as well as could be expected my time says 43:07 and garmins around me all showing 6.35 miles. Niell and Kenton beat me out of sight and jackie and erica both duffed me over. I think I can call this solid speed work and come back stronger on Mondays race. (was driving for 5.25 hours today before race, awfully stiff when arrived but still felt strong all way around. Results in 93/308 97th on Handicap 83.17%.
