Joopsy PB!! Was happy with that as I wilted in the heat for the second 5k. Didn't quite break 55 but looking to do that one on the 19th July at the BBC run in London. A very well organised event.

Lincsfella OOOOhhhhhhh dear..... where did it all go wrong! seriously..... not a bad day. just coming off of 7 races in 15 days..... and with a cold to boot. nice little event. met some fellow clubbies which was nice. nice n flat..... till you get to 3 and a bit miles ..... then just for a while its a little vertical...... well thats how it seemed.

Sonneur37 Probably took the first half a bit quickly and dropped a few places as the day warmed up. The course was nice and flat although running along main roads with traffic belting past you isn't my favourite sort of running environment.

Wicked D Legs still recovering from marathon (as at 12th June) not sure if i can get under 50mins but gonna try *UPDATE* been informed due to flooding in the area the course could be reduced to 9.5k, still gonna race but don't know how you stand on bets for PB,it may dry out before weekend and be full 10k but who knows with this weather?***UPDATE***Organizers pulled out the stops and made this the full 10k for which I got an
