Ally C Nairn Highland Games HM. Race strategy all wrong and felt crap throughout! Went off fast thinking I could bank some time before running the second half into a strong head wind. Underestimated just how strong the wind was and died in the last few miles. Stomach cramps throughout the race did not help either, I put this down to my bad diet and have decided that I need to change what I eat if I am going to get any quicker.
