Club		 PB SB Pred Time WAVA
paskha 15th marathon (incs Ultras) I went to the Isle of Man for SHADES 100th marathon, wasn't looking to do a time really, just enjoy it, 2 lap course, nice day, not too hot, quiet roads. I didn't have to think about training for this as I had been doing marathons every few weeks since April, though I had a gap in July - so on 6th July after running the Launceston Half, I went round the course again!
