Adders Final Gwent League race of the season, yet only my second. 7 days on from the dissapointment of the St Davids Day 10k, confidence was fairly high thanks to the success of the Gwent Lge Brecon race. I ran fairly well, but was hampered by having to stop TWICE because my laces came undone! The pacing wasnt that bad this time, but stopping twice (and consequently losing about 40 seconds) meant I worked hard to make up for time lost but paid for it in in a painful finish. On the whole, I did OK and still finished in a respectable 66th but incredibly frustrated with the two stops. Overall race rating - 6/10 Rugby & Northampton AC 33:48 69.22
Boycie Finished 33rd. Strong field, tough course constantly up and down. Luckily it was only just over 8k rather than the 9.3 advertised! Calves trashed by end :-( Unaffiliated 31:28 74.83

The_Saint Measured it as 4.92 Miles, the general consensus was about 5. 123rd. Unaffiliated 36:40 69.62
