Micky Two Pints Hoping that this will be my first race for a couple of years (depending on other events clashing). I've put a few kg's on since 2007 so I'm not expecting much. Anything under an hour would be good. Not entered yet, going to see how the training goes first and see if another (non running) event takes priority on this date. Unaffiliated 54:55 1:00:00
mappy Wonderful run. Hill a bit ough but beautiful setting. well organised and good support at beginning and end and by marshals around the course.More local runners than club runners so very low key. Well worth a visit next year plus there is a 3k run beforehand for youngsters/children. Avon Valley Runners 41:03 41:03 43:51 68.33
kiki.d Once again it was very warm. The first 2 miles up into Grovely Wood were tough but after that it was a lovely run. Shame I couldn't match last year's time as I'd ahev come second! Instead had to settle for 5th lady but still pleased with my efforts having had 3 weeks off Saffron Striders RC 47:19 48:34 56:46 55.95
