About this parkrun

3 laps, mostly paved, some grass, undulating, quite challenging. Really enjoyable course. I'll look forward to going back in the summer.

3 laps that sometimes comes in at just under 5km on my garmin. Mixed terrain- paths, grass etc. An interesting course as it isn't flat. The GPS makes a kind of elephant head- if you like that kind of thing!
