Brady WOW struggled round, very slow start as beginning was cramped got into my running over the middle section and didn't feel too bad but then hit the sizeable ascent at the 7.5/8 mile mark and had to walk up it which really annoyed me. Got back into my running with some shouts of support and crawled over the line but not literally.
