We generally meet 3 times a week for group rides.
Tuesday and Thursday for 20-25 mile rides and Sundays for 50-60 miles with the promise of a coffee and cake stop!
During bad weather or winter months we use the Cyclone indoor training bikes at One Leisure in Ramsey.
