Ronnie Wibbley Was treating this as a training run after exhausting myself running in a team relay yesterday afternoon. Amazed myself by getting a PB of almost a minute after I cottoned on that it was possible with about 2 miles to go. Watford Joggers 1:38:18 1:39:16 1:50:00 1:42:24 60.30
