Lincsfella well didnt bump into kylie or nigella but had a bit of a rough time today, first run in a week cos of a cold but the good news is, i still managed to win a fantastic load of people some points after they bet on me.

NathT Hated this race!!!!!! Really struggled in the heat and did not enjoy it. Zoe helped me through though and without her I couldn't have finished the race. Note to self, put inspiring songs on the MP3 player!

phal well I wasn't running this until 8.55am, at which point I was instructed to by the OH and booted out of the door. Glad I went, lovely run, nice route, but why save the only uphill jaunt until the last mile??? Too late to bet on myself either.... shame, would have got a few points!!!

Running Caz Really great, scenic course. Started at back and made my way through the field gradually (which felt nice). Only had 3 people pass me whole race which kept me focussed and maintaining pace. A bloke next to me said it was 40:30 at 5M so I think I had a faster second half than first half :-) Really pleased with performance, best I've pointed on here since Sep 2005!!
