michellea I was ill leading up to this race and had no energy at all, i tried my best and actually did a pb. It was a good race through woodlands and i loved the bluebells. The start was very unorganised and i was right at the back and coudnt catch up. Unaffiliated 1:25:00 1:25:00 1:25:00 37.37
DanN Unaffiliated 41:33 41:33 44:41 59.17
Silver Strider Beautiful setting. Gret Atmosphere. Small field. Good facilities. New territory. Hilly run. Challenging terrain. Trail, field, road. Over hydrated at start huge stitch at 6-8K.

One to do again and recommend. Bexhill Runners and Triathletes 40:12 44:42 40:00 46:06 59.43
mattyguk First the downs, start a bit crowded and unorganised and the course didn't appear to be measured correctly. Over 6.4 Miles. That a side friendly, well marshalled race. That hill at the end though wont be forgotten quickly. Hedge End Running Club 43:22 49:04 49:59 55:00 48.64
CaniRuna An undulating and tough course through Angmering Park Estate. With 380m of climb (vs 320m of decline) and a course that measured long at 6.42M, I was never on for breaking 40min never mind 39min.
However, the positives are that I did a negative split for the first time ever, I finished 10th in the race and I felt good going round. Stubbington Green Runners, Royal Navy AC 35:27 37:26 39:00 42:05 64.23
