Argie: the sleepers are nice but putting raised beds against a wooden fence is plain madness. Your grass could do with err, well, re turfing. -

runningmumof3boys: argie argie it is not a raised bed we are in the process of doing the garden, the sleepers have just been laid on the grass - we are gonna bury them tight to the border as an edge and then sort the grass out...but believe me with the boys playing footy on it there is no point returfing it!!! the soild is along the concrete bit along the bottom of the fence (i know that because i painted the fence last week!!)
