Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Have fun, that Nike+ has made a huge difference to my running, just being able to see the speed you are doing and how far you have gone, it has helped slow me down so I can go further and it is a great boost to see you have got as far as you have. Only luminous stuff I have at the mo is my flashing hat :P

Yes, just make sure you don't drop the Nike+ again, :p

When I am listening to music and I want to hear the stats I jusy tap it gently twice and it gives me them. I think I'll name it.

now that is sad, I just press the centre button to get mine but am thinking of asking my friend to get me the AMp+ remote watch when she goes to the states in Jan as it is much cheaper there, that way I wont have to hold it in my hand = dropped it Sunday morning on my run but luckily the headphones wire kept it off the ground. I was struggling to juggle the water bottle, nike+ and tissues so I could blow my nose :-)

Some people run in Disposable Coton Glave so they can use the Gloves to wipe their nose.

bye :-) I tried wiping my nose on my gloves the other day - trust me it didnt work, I need a decent piece of kitchen roll and an elephant sounding blow to clear it, and then thirty seconds later need to repeat, hence me having a bad mile on Sunday cos I didnt have my tissues :p *thats my excuse anyway! But hey - sub ten - goes off and dances round the room!* :-)

Hills for me this morning :) No car today so I can´t get to the track, but I´ll hopefully be able to borrow it for a couple of hours another day.

1.5 miles warm up, then 5 times up to the lighthouse and back down (about another 1.5 miles) and then another 1.5 miles cool down. That´s the first time I´ve run 3 days in a row for months!

My cake was lovely yesterday :) Not sure what the plan for today is, might be going down to the resorts again but I´m not sure which one.
