oh god, I hate it when people say you look healthy - that translates as fat bag :p

this is true, K is gutted the girls have gone home, hope Gill didnt think she was too much of a bad influence :-)

Speaking to JW this morning it was interesting to hear he has the same view of running as me, hates the running part but loves the finishing and knowing you have done it :-)

I still think we should take the kids to Eureka or something before Xmas (no running) just a day for the kids to be together :-)
