FRU (Keep the Faith)
Smashes into thread - shouts NINE BLOODY MINUTES AND EIGHT SECONDS (first mile) and vaneshes in a flash to complete other 6miles!
I am VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY Giddily reporting in - had a stomer of a run today - amazing - slashed my 10k and achieved one of next years goals early - 57mins 10k - 1:07 7 miles.. it were WICKED!!
Hope you all had fun and LOADS of cake!

Sorry I didn't stay for a pint, but given the weather I figured to try and get back across the Wolds and Humber in one piece was a safer option.
