Every so often it can get tangled up with the cache (stored memory) of your internet browser. The simple version is go to Tools / Internet Options/ delete browsing history (but be aware that this may remove any saved passwords or favourite sites that you have.

But on the page in question a box appeared asking did i want to translate the site,clicked no, and bingo, sorted :). IT appears the problem was the Bing Translator...Thanks again for the help
