Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

All meetings should be banned unless everyone stands and is told beforehand what is expected. Most training in meeting rooms should be banned too. Train in real life situations

I'd like to approve the comment above with a couple of provisos:

1) There must be tea and plenty of biscuits (especially chocolate ones) if there absolutely, absolutely has to be a meeting. Otherwise all business can be done far better around a casual tea break.

2) Any presentations of more than 10 Powerpoint slides are illegal and any slide with more than 5 lines of writing (or anything less than 24 point font) is illegal. All organisation diagrams are banned. Although that would leave senior management with nothing to do.

Stupid people who stupidly pick up and handle wild animals. Oooh look its a snake, yes mate it's an Adder, and now its bitten you three times. I thought I was dumb getting myself bitten by a Rattlesnake - but at least I didn't know it was there.

No doubt there will now be calls for a cull of these "dangerous" animals. In fact Adders are beautiful and generally elusive.

I'd prefer a cull of the stupid animals.

But we don't have enough snakes in this country to do it for us...
