Uploading from a Garmin 110.....

I got a second hand Garmin, just did my first run in it and am trying to upload. I've plugged it into the laptop and it says no garmin found. Any ideas? |

Is the file icon flashing at the bottom of your screen? I sometimes have to jiggle the ISB connector a few times before the Garmin appears in My Computer
