Nice to share the course with people enjoying the spring weather. Chocolate doughnut at the finish line, nice t-shirt. Oh and I expected a modest PB but got a 24 minute PB.

It doesn't cost me much time because I usually speed up before I stop and then I'm back up to speed pretty much straight away. It gives my poor old feet and ankles a break.
