Feeling a bit guilty that I haven't posted on here for a while - I haven't forgotten you all, though, just been a bit busy and then I was away last week. Excuses, excuses ... Anyway, how's the tapering going? And have the supporters been working on improving lung-capacity to prepare for all that balloon-blowing?

Rosehip Apr 2016 6:37pm, 16 Apr 2016 7,035 posts	0 Rosehip and no, there isn't a Fetch stand there is a runner's world one and in the past runners have left gels and things there for a fetchpointer to collect. This year it would be easier if friends and family can get supplies to mile 22 or just ask for simple things like coke and oranges and they will magically appear!

Your cheers and shouts and happy smiling faces and sea of red and yellow craziness made mile 13 and mile 22 a delight to look forward to for miles in advance and a happy memory to sustain me for miles thereafter. You literally made my London marathon. Thank you. G
