If you're running let us know what you want and we'll do our very best to provide it- About hte only thing we might struggle with is a roasted dinner, but not impossible! If you're supporting join in the banter so we make more noise than the other teams!

No obligation to bring anything other than your voice obvs, but if you happen to have a spare roll of bin liners etc every little helps
