I have a pair of Adidas shorts that I got from none other than Sports Express which meet that criterion. However, they are slightly heavier weight than running shorts and have side pockets.

Just get a cheap pair of More Mile or equivalent, and cut the inner out where it attaches at the waistband ? Or do the same to an old pair that have an inner ?
