So if anyone fancies a 10k race through Mabie Forest on that date - get your entries in....it's a fab route * check my profile for race and then website link for entry form*

See this is the problem with arranging things in the summer...too many races on We should probably wait till Llama gets back with the available dates for the track but how do the weekends in July suit folk? We cant manage the first weekend (5th & 6th) and the last weekend (26th & 27th) would be a push but is do-able.The two inbetween 12th & 13th and 19th & 20th would suit us though. I open the floor
