But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. I've no problems with being chicked, hellen, especially by you ;-)

36 hours after the 4-in-4 and feel recovered BUT will not run today, see I can be sensible. :-o

Ha! Only just found this thread. A bit behind the times, as ever. No running for me yesterday, or today. A bit of recovery dancing Sunday night. But I think I'll just walk to keep my legs moving this week, and taper for Saturday. The south Devon coastal beckons :-)
