No thanks - got one already (have to admit it's great - wouldn't do loads of my training if I didn't have one) Applecross - sorry to hear about the SPD - hope you'll be able to get back to running soon after birth. I'm sure you won't have put on as much weight as me - and lots did drop off in te first couple of months - it's just the last few pounds to go, and I think it might be because I'm still b/f - I hope so anyway!) |

Lol, I'd have it KR2, if you were prepared to jog up to Glasgow with it ![]() sarahbob - yeah, I found the same, kept a few extra pounds on till I stopped b/f. Unfortunately once I stopped, the extra weight was deducted straight from the source and it was farewell E-cup boobie ![]() |

E-cup!! I've never made it past B-cup (think I'll be heading straight for quadruple A when I stop this time) |

Well I did well today - 2.5 miles on the treddy and some strength training. Such hard work!! Can't believe 3 milers used to be a walk in the park and now it's so hard. However the b/f has paid off - I am in my old trousers again! Yippie! ![]() |

I've just done a run this morning! I can't believe how unfit I am! I just ran a mile in 12.08 min, then walked 5 mins home. I hope to do it again in a few days then starting to build it up 0.25 or 0.5 mile at a time! I feel great for doing it as I've been itching to go out for a run for ages! I fed Charlotte then went out and she was asleep cuddling my OH when I got back! I have a baby jogger but Charlotte is too little for it! |

how are you all doing ladies? Zoe's nearly 5 weeks, and I'm walking loads. I did a very very short run today (30 secs) just to make sure my legs remember what to do, but won't start run-walking properly until I've had my six week check. And any idea where I can get a sports bra in size ginormous?

Oooh, good for you Zeb, can't believe that's five weeks gone already, how are you both doing? I got the Royce Impact Free sports bra ( bras4mums.co.uk ) and find it contains everything pretty well at 34 DD level...apparently it goes up to a J cup!!!! Have done a 4 mile/near 50 minute run in it, and didn't find any chafing or anything either. Only possible flaw is that it's so sturdy there's no real means of access for breastfeeding, so when I go to my postnatal shape up class, for example, I have to wear a different one as baby AC wants feeding immediately after. How's everyone else doing - glad this thread's been resurrected, I could do with a bit of postnatal competitive arsekicking ![]() |
