Hi, Really hope someone can help me. Been uploading runs on and off for a few years with no problems. Tried uploading a run a did yesterday, and it recognises my Garmin 305, and then starts uploading, but then stops at 83% every time! I have tried everything. Re booting computer, updating drivers, re installing Garmin training centre, waiting for 24hrs, but still nothing. Please help me, love updating my Fetch page and can't manage it. Yours in anticipation. Ben |

I can't help I'm afraid - but if you need a speedy answer click the feedback button up there ^ to alert Fetch and he can sort it out. Good luck

Have you uploaded anything else recently. Do you have lots of runs still to upload or is it just the one? I had an issue with the 305, couldnt get it to upload in garmin TC on PC/laptop or directly into fetch training log. Would start upload but kept failing at the same point. Think I deleted the run & put it down to corruption/dodgy data. Been fine since. Probably not what you want to hear but I was just happy the whole thing wasnt kaput at the time. Good luck |

I normally upload it to my training centre then to Fetch. If it still stalls, I click refresh and wait for the Garmin plug in message to come up, click okay and it normally picks up the loading again.

Another tip, is to clean the connector at the back of the watch as the cradle may not be picking it up.

Mine plays up occasionally, but tends to stop at random points rather than always in the same place - usually a sign that I need to clear down the memory and do a hard reset. Might be worth it - I seem not to lose data on the hard reset, but even if you clear down, you will presumably lose one run at most

When I get download problems it's normally a sign to delete some data from the garmin. you can delete anything older than 1 month. What I do anyhows.

Mine did this recently and what I had to do was follow the instructions on the link below and delete the contents of the temporary folder which holds the files before they are uploaded and that did the trick! follow the instructions to the letter and it will be good!

Mine does it a lot, not necessarily on 83% though. I think it's a connection issue as if I hold the garmin firmly in the cradle it happens less often
