Well done on the 22 miles RFJ. I hope everyone else had a good weekend of training, in spite of the horrible weather?
Bolton Hill Marathon was a tough one but I seem to have kept my string of top ten finishes in low-key events going, 10th lady again. Being a clumsy doofus I fell over three times though so I am a little bruised today.

Well done becca, on the top 10 finish, not the falling over. Hope your bruising fixes soon.
17.5 on Sat and 21.5 on Sun for me. Lovely weekend for it. Arctic, but lovely.
Here's a speshul request for Fetchpoint (poss team 3 specifically, but poss whole Fetchpoint) - is there a photographer? Would there be anyone that could snap away like paparazzi and chance to get a decent running photo of us, poss before or after Fetchpoint, not just of shoutage at Fetchpoint. Think how massively valuable that person would be - it's about 40 or 50 quid for the official photo pack.
I know it's a bit of a cheeky request, but... you don't ask, you don't get! :-)G

Pulled something in my left thigh. I thought it felt better this morning but its quite painful again now. Ive already decided to bin tonights run in favour of a swim and body balance but now Im wondering if that's even a good idea? .
I just hope to recover in time for this weekends 20.
