Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

We don't do presents for Xmas in my family, we do hampers and food parcels. Anyone care to recommend a good supplier? Looking to do for six adults so spending a fair amount.

Been let down by a couple of local companies so now searching further afield. Cardboard boxes preferred over wicker hampers.

NB - this is to the Isle of Man, which is sometimes an issue for delivery.

Ta muchly in advance!

Was going to say obviously F&M! Lidl have a wicker basket to fill. Is DIY an option because it’s just a cardboard box with some jars in it isn’t it?

I would contact a delicatessen on the IOM and ask them to make a hamper to your specs and deliver. Shipping such things cost a fortune!

For comestibles I have used LA Brewery in East Anglia for kombucha and Hartington Creamery in Derbys for cheeses. Also Coaltown for coffee. These were all mainland.

Got something to say?
