Going to be in Old Sodbury with work in the near future, is it best to heas north or south to pickup thr Cotswold way?

The Cotswold Way is lovely, and undulating, with great views, in both directions Mr d! I've not done the specific bit from OS but have run from Cold Ashton to Bath Abbey several times - that's apparently one of the easier bits. It's all relative though ;-)

Thanks LD, I have the evening M25 allowing, North looks best as the M4 isn't too far south,
