I ran 15 miles on Sunday and have got very painful red blistered skin on my back and chest from the band of my sport bra (SA ultimate run bra) and I also had a small back pack on. Does anyone have the answer because apart from lack of skin on my torso (and a stupid sore toe) I am fairly pain free after my run. Help!!!
