Hi. Just wondering if any one has had the three bones in a toe fused together making it one continuous bone, due to the gap between the bones closing up the toe is doubled in size causing neighbouring toes to go out of line which then causes discomfort in the ball of the foot. Would like to hear from anyone who has had this done and how long was the recovery period and how it affected their running.

Got something to say?
