Might be succumbing myself have woken up this morning with a sore throat and suspect I maybe developing a cold. At the moment still planning to give it a 100% on Sunday, I am going to go for a 6mile tester at lunch time and see how I feel. Plan at the moment is worst case I will run on Sunday but just use it as a training run.
