Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Yup - that was me lying in a heap at the side of the track :-)

Let me know a few days in advace if you want me to book you a seat.

Good luck for the half ... if you have someone to follow then life will be much happier - though remember to watch out for the incline on the last couple of miles

I ran a pb at Wilmslow last year which I finally managed to beat last month. Wilmslow can be tricky as slightly downhill and usually wind behind on the way out with pay back in the last 4 miles. But there is a sense of occasion and plenty of competion at all levels.

This year I'll have only been back from a family skiing holiday for a few hours ... and FLM 2 weeks after ... anything from pb to pw is possible.

Bob - how much do you plan on backing off at Wilmslow to save for FLM?

just realised that wilmslow half is once again the day after clocks change - dilemna of an hour less sleep or go to bed early in attempt to catch the hour up.

I'm not going to make last years mistake - drove OH and some some of our friends to a party stayed on the water all night (they didn't!!) trying to get them to leave at 11 coz it was really 12 etc etc and I needed my sleep was a nightmare
