Good point Danny - all a bit posh in Wilmslow but we'll manage - they get right into the race around here.
Right then...I suggest we go for Italian...there's a good pizza/pasta place about 1 mile from the finish that we should be able to book into

Right - How is everyone's training going? mine was going spot on until this week and have the flu just tried to do a 10K at lunchtime (normally fine) but had to give up after 5 miles....
Prediction 1hr 45...

Thought a half was only 13...
The most I have run in one go (ever!) was just under 12, am I going to be underprepared..

Sorry Boom, you won't be - I'm training for summat longer ! 12 miles is very good preparation for a half.
Homer - I have a figure in mind but I'm not saying as I'm still dithering whether to go for it or not
