Any docs out there, mild chest infection, Half Sunday, feel fine, dont know what to do?

ok to give proper title, interior turbanates (maybe not spelled correctly) but I used to sneeze 30-40 times a day (dust mite allergy) and docs thought it would help, it did a bit but I still get terrible sinusitus. I very rarely get colds either, but when I do they always go on my chest.

Oh I see. I thought you meant between the sinus and the nasal cavity.

Inferior turbinates.

Anyway have decided to run, going to treat as a training run while wearing a number, see what happens, I feel good today though so I think it will be fine. Thanks for all your support will let you know how I get on.

Well I made it 2.17 on my Garmin, which considering my pb is 2.11 isnt too bad really. No coughing at all, just didnt push i too hard. All in all really happy and so glad I did it. Thanks all.
