10 miles done this morning, takes me to 24 so far
Oddly though, I developed a blister on the arch of my foot. I never get them there (or anywhere really for that matter). I'll be buying some Compeed at lunchtime...

I haven't run yet this month
This week I will have done more cycling miles than my biggest cycling month of the year so far though.

Underway for the month with a hamstring testing five miles - no bad reaction so I'm up and running

Five wild miles at lunchtime today to restore the mojo, with driving rain. Startled a deer, bounced through knee deep grass (both me and the deer) and waded a thigh-deep stream without going for a swim (it's normally possible to jump across without getting wet). Ah, gotta love this summer weather

Halfway after twenty this morning. On the upside I only had to remove two ticks this week compared to last week's double figures.
My 310xt seems to be on the fritz though. Lost signal more and more the further I ran. A convoluted upgrade to the firmware via many resets leaves me with fingers crossed.

I think my eyes need testing. I thought Goofee had typed 'hamstrung testicle'
