Ultra Kanga Kazzaaaaah!!
Thanks USB
Started the month with a 26.2 on Monday but could be interesting from here. Not sure how much t'internet access I'll have on hols so may not be able to log any training I do while I'm away till after I get home. So guess that means I need to get the rest in over the next 11 days!!!

Thanks for the list USB
I didn't run on Friday but have done a parkrun Saturday, long run Sunday, recovery run Monday. Then I did a parkrun double Tuesday morning, parkrun test event and hillwork session on Tuesday evening. That's 49 miles in 4 days
Should be ok getting to 100 this month again...

After May's washout with a stress fracture I seem to be settling into June nicely. 36 so far after a glorious 10 miles through Edinburgh this morning and a sneaky peak at Big Al Widepants new restaurant.
