88 for me. That's about half the mileage that I've done every other month this year, but good going given that I've done two marathons and knackered a leg this month. I'll get the 12 in, as well...

10 miles after work today and that's another 100 up. Better taper now for Saturdays marathons.

104 for me. Yay! But then I did have two marathons in one week. :-/
And now I must start training for my next marathon if I'm to keep these mile up.

hooray. 100 up here.
Wondering about keeping this up with no marathon to train for. Those long runs do nicely stack up the miles.

Marathon shmarathon. I've not run more than 10 miles in one go since November 2010.

And looking at your training logs Glenn, you'd never know it. How very consistent you are indeed.

I haven't run a marathon since 2004 - and still manage to get to 100 miles in a month, even training for a 10K.
If you need motivation Ruth then choose your fetch option - go and collect coins, or zones, or simply imagine the grief you would get on here if you failed to get to 100 miles each month Looks to me as if you're looking for excuses already
