They never got that during the race. Amazing how people have Rose tinted glasses for races they want to do. Snowdon is fab and I saw the views on the Sunday as it was a lovely day.

The climb up Pen-y-Pass makes the hairs on the back of my neck stand up just thinking about it. Can't wait to enter again.

I saw enough of Snowdonia last year to realise it was beautiful behind the clouds. I just don't see why they have it at a time of year where it's highly likely to be bad weather. I understand that it's busy with tourists already in the summer but it would be so much more pleasant as a summer marathon. God knows there aren't enough road marathons in summer anyway.
