if i wasn't already a club member £15 to be an affiliated 100 club member is a bargain. My club is £25 every 6 months !!! & i also pay £10 to the 100 club per year, but as stated changing is a nightmare !!

Foxy changing clubs is not a nightmare as long as your original club don't decide to be arsey, I swapped earlier this year, all done and dusted in a month

My club change from FERC to the 100 Club was initiated in early march and is still going on. It's much easier when both clubs involved are well established and organised, both FERC and the 100 Club have had a lot of committee changes recently. I am slightly regretting my choice of club now though. Oh well, too late, can't face a 6 month+ transfer period again!

Naomi - have we done everything necessary at our end? IMHO, the transfer process is a bit archaic, although I'm sure we probably laboured through it a bit. Considering what's on the form, it's hardly rocket surgery for UKA to offer an online equivalent, which would speed things up no end.

Hello Mr Fetch. I'll email you rather than clog up the thread. Thanks!
Thoroughly agree on online transfers.

My club are very supportive & happy to be a member, we are having an AGM to discuss reducing fees in 2 weeks time.
Does seem in most instances to be a nightmare process of resigning & stating why etc....We need a transfer window ?

two lap, secong lap very quite as you lose the half marathon theyve changed the course so less hills but a weird loopy bit through a park two significant hills, well, four, as you do it twice Long hill at mile 4 and a short sharp nasty one at 12 Very urban landscape oh, and you go round west park THREE times, which is fine until the third time I always want to cheat at that point! Think it will be my seventh time
