A new, free, friendly, fun running group in the heart of Bedford town.
We want to run with you, 18:30 every Tuesday.

Tuesday
Main training session. Meet locations vary each month.
Locations, routes, and group leaders are posted to the Facebook group at the start of each week.
All run locations are chosen with a pub close by, where the different groups meet up after the run.
There are five groups to cater for different ability levels, from 0-5k up to 6 miles at different paces (see Facebook group for details).
